It's that time of year again when Fantasy Football starts again. Thanks to locals who drink down the Greyhound (big thanks to Tel) we even have our own league going so why not join in.

For those who haven't played before or just aren't used to the concept there are some links provided below which may be useful. In general we abide by the points and rule system used by the Mirror however there are a few extra bits of information you will need to make this years league run as smoothly as possible.

• The entry fee of a team will be £20 and each month will cost £2.50.
• To make transfers during the transfer window will cost you an extra £5.
• Unlike the Mirror rules which states you can only have 3 players on your team who play for the same club, in our league you can have as many as you want e.g. the whole Arsenal team (and why wouldn't you?).
• Each week you can check on how your team is doing by visiting this web site and following the links.
• Your allowance to spend on players is capped at £60 million pounds.
• If you have any other questions or problems with the league or your team then sign up to the forum and get in contact that way. This is useful because more people will be able to help you, and you could help others who might have the same problem.
